Payment Options

`twentythreeSHOP accepts all major credit cards, concealed cash, money orders, gcash, and personal checks as payment. Credit card payments are processed through Paypal and may incur some fees in accordance to the website policy. Any appropriate fees are included in the tax section during checkout. For any manual payments, orders will be processed through email. Please follow the instructions detailed below.



All customers paying through concealed cash, money orders, and personal checks must do so AT THEIR OWN RISK. Your item/s will be put on hold until payment is received (address will be emailed back to you), so order information must be emailed in this format.

Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our current shipping grid below for shipping costs --

Orders will be shipped using standard rates by default — please contact us if you would like your items to be shipped via Priority or Express, we will send you a revised invoice.

DISCOUNTED SHIPPING

Shipping rates apply to the first item added to the cart, each additional items will have a discounted rate. Additional shipping charges for large items, will be indicated on each item page.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY / SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Please be advised that items ordered will be shipped within 7 business days upon receipt of payment, allow at least two weeks for your order to arrive. Backorders are noted whenever possible, but orders are shipped complete to keep shipping cost down.

TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Looking for a way to track your items upon shipment? Track your package via our Order Status & Tracking tool with the tracking number emailed to you. Please note that tracking is available on all domestic orders. Unfortunately there is no tracking information available on Standard International orders, if you would like tracking services please choose our International Priority or Express shipping options.

Care Instruction Guide

All of our jewelry and accessories are fashioned from vintage ephemera (beads, buttons, findings, other bits & bobs), so they may have a soft patina or antique look that comes with age. Keep them in their best condition by following these simple tips --

• Do not expose your jewelry or accessory to excess liquids, sweat, strong perfume, moisturizers or extreme heat.
• Clean with a soft cloth or tissue. No cleaning solutions or other abrasives.
• Do not bend or twist individual findings or components.
• Store in a clean and dry area.

Our Commitment to Being Green

Here at `twentythree we love re-purposing and anything vintage. Our items are shipped carbon offsetted in 100% recycled kraft packaging, and packed with reused bubble wrap. Occasionally you might also receive your items in a recycled cardboard box or gently wrapped in biodegradable plant based plastics. We purchase carbon offsets for each shipment that goes out of our doors to minimize our impact on climate change.
